Service Agreement
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the client) and Hyriatech regarding the use of our online marketplace platform to find technicians specialized in industrial maintenance and repair services.
Platform Role
Hyriatech is an online marketplace that connects clients with freelance / independent technicians. Our platform facilitates:
- Introductions and referrals
- Price negotiations
- Scheduling coordination
- Service coordination
Service Relationships
Any agreements or contracts entered into between clients and technicians are deemed to be directly between those parties. Hyriatech is not a party to such agreements. Clients and technicians are free to enter into any additional agreements they deem necessary, provided they do not conflict with Hyriatech's rights and obligations.
Key Definitions
- "Services": Industrial maintenance and repair services provided by Hyriatech
- "Client": Individual or entity receiving services
- "Technicians": Specialized freelance professionals who provide maintenance and repair services through our platform
- "Emergency Services": Urgent repair services provided on 24/7 basis
- "Regular Maintenance": Scheduled preventive maintenance services
Liability and Limitations
Hyriatech is not responsible or liable for any damages, losses, injuries, or deaths related to services initiated through our platform. Our liability is limited to the direct cost of services provided.
We are not responsible for:
- Consequential damages
- Production losses
- Pre-existing conditions
- Third-party claims
- Personal injuries or deaths
- Property damage
- Service quality issues between clients and technicians
Scope of Services
- Emergency repair services
- Preventive maintenance
- Equipment inspection and diagnosis
- Parts replacement and repairs
- Technical consultation
Payment Terms
- Service Fees: Based on scope of work and time
- Emergency Rates: Special rates apply for after-hours service
- Payment Schedule: Due upon completion of service
- Late Payments: Subject to additional fees
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Down Payments: Non-refundable if service is cancelled on the agreed day of schedule
- Rescheduling: No additional fees for reschedules requested at least one day prior
- Late Cancellations: May result in forfeiture of down payment
- Emergency Cancellations: Evaluated on a case-by-case basis
